Github has a code editor. but i'm planning on leaving...

one of my near-term goals is to migrate from Github to something self-hosted, or at least less microsoft-flavored. self-hosting gitea or using gitlab are the top contenders.

but, i recently discovered that github allows one to write code from a browser-version of VSCode. navigate to a repository you have privileges on, then press , (comma) on your keyboard

it’s a nifty editor, and familiar, as i’ve been using VS Codium, a de-microsofted version recently. i wonder if one could install this same functionality for gitea?
